Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all lash products, adhesives, and beauty items are non-refundable and non-returnable once opened or used.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

• You received the wrong item
• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective upon arrival

To request a return or exchange:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the item

Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

• Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• Incorrect lash curl or thickness selection

Lumi Lashes is not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to products
• Improper use or application of products
• Damages resulting from misuse

Customers are encouraged to perform a patch test before using adhesives.
